Customer Obligations
If accepted by CHORUs, the client agrees to provide accurate financial information regarding their property portfolios -100% CONFIDENTIAL. Clients must communicate any changes in financial status and confirm their understanding of our service processes. Our team is dedicated to maximizing POSITIVE RESULTS and will work closely with you as the property owner to develop tailored strategies that address your specific challenges.
Consultation and Fees
CHORUs offers an initial consultation free of charge to assess the financial health of your single or multi-family properties, and the merits of moving forward to defend and protect you RIGHTS as a property owner in Canada. Following this consultation, detailed projections and strategies will be presented along with a clear fee structure based on the actions required. Please note that any "continued" assessments or additional services will require the work of our in-house lawyers, and/or Chief Consultants and administrative team and will incur additional expenses, to be agreed upon prior to implementation. We aim to ensure transparency and mutual understanding throughout our partnership, as we help you shift your circumstances from negative to positive scenarios.
As a registered Non-Profit Organization any and all monies received by CHORUs helps cover the cost of operations and fuel the growth of our mission. Your success means potential success for the next Canadian family that comes to us for help. In that way you are not just a client, you and your family's success are helping to protect the RIGHTS of each individual who will come to us for help in the future. Your contributions, donations and support are all a part of what makes the magic work.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services at any time, with a prior notice of 14 days. Should cancellation occur, clients will be billed only for services rendered up to that date. We believe in the importance of flexibility and satisfaction in our services, and our cancellation policy reflects our commitment to building strong and trust-based relationships with property owners.
